Thanksgiving in Zambia

Some of my colleagues and I were fortunate enough to have been invited to a Canadian Thanksgiving feast in Lusaka tonight. There was no turkey but the chickens more than made up for it. And there were not one but two pumpkin pies! Happy Thanksgiving Canada!
